Lyndsey Beth Charette, LICSW

Lyndsey brings a warm, strengths-based perspective to her work with adults navigating the intersection of medical complexity, depression, anxiety, trauma, isolation, and substance use. She believes deeply that every person carries the capacity for growth and that meaningful change is always within reach.

Lyndsey draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and find their footing in difficult moments. Her approach is grounded in genuine curiosity about each person's story, paired with a steady, motivating presence that meets clients where they are.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lasell University in 2016, with minors in Performing Arts and Child and Adolescent Studies. Her background in the arts informs a creative, humanistic lens she brings into the therapy room.

Lyndsey is rooted in the belief that with the right support, people do not just survive hard seasons. They grow through them.
