Michelle Morawiak

About Michelle Morawiak, MSW, LICSW, LADC-1

I have spent more than a decade walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate trauma, anxiety, substance use, and life’s harder transitions. My work centers on helping clients understand and untangle the impact of co-occurring disorders, mood instability, burnout, and the emotional wounds left by relationships and loss.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based care. I combine solution-focused strategies with compassion, accountability, and a touch of humor to keep the process both meaningful and real. Beyond my work with clients, I supervise MSWs and LCSWs and consult with new treatment programs across Massachusetts, helping them build systems that align with BSAS, JCAHO, and DPH standards.

Clients often describe me as direct yet deeply supportive, someone who can hold both the hard truths and their hope for what is next. Whether you are beginning recovery, redefining boundaries, processing trauma, or seeking a stronger sense of purpose, this is a space where you can rebuild, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
