“At first I was nervous to open up but over time I started to feel genuinely heard and understood. It’s one of the few places where I can show up exactly as I am, messy, unsure or struggling and still feel accepted. Michelle helps me look at things I’ve spent years avoiding but in a way that feels safe and manageable. While in therapy I’ve noticed a lot of changes in myself. I’m more aware of my emotions and how they affect my thoughts and behaviors.
